The Final Trailer For ‘The Predator’ Has Been Released – And It’s EPIC

Ever since it was announced that Iron Man 3 director Shane Black would helm a new Predator film, it sparked people’s interest. Now that we know the cast and seen a few trailers, September 14 can’t come soon enough. This latest and final red-band trailer is exactly what this film needed. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out here:

One of the things suspected about this film was that it may have a lighter tone. Rest assured that this trailer shows just that. There’s campy humor and it works within the context of the franchise. Having Shane Black attached to this will definitely give it a unique spin on the humor and the action.

This Trailer Is Everything We Needed Predator To Be

This trailer shows everything a Predator film should be and that’s humor, gritty violence, F-bombs, and now Predator dogs! That’s right, it looks like Predator brought some help this time by bringing two of his vicious pups. Not only does the creatures look cool, but the violence is bloody and awesome where it shoes Predator wreak havoc on some folks. The way they utilize his size and strength in this trailer is how I imagine the Predator being and we have to remember that this thing is a monster, not a man.

With the violence aside, the casting choices for this film are excellent. Boyd Holbrook looks amazing in this film and his swagger and humor certainly stand out. Not only him but Keegan-Michael Key and Thomas Jane are interesting choices as well. As a huge Sterling K. Brown fan (Black Panther, This Is Us), it’s always good to see the Emmy Award-winner take on another role. As for Olivia Munn, it’s unsure at this point on how big of a role she’ll be playing.
